My experience with Joe was positive right from our initial conversation. When I discovered I had a raccoon family in my garage, and called a few different places to get estimates, Joe was the first one to get back to me and made a point to come out and assess the situation right away. When he arrived, he thoroughly checked the garage and surrounding area to ensure that the job would be done as thoroughly as possible. When his very reasonable quote was the one I decided to go with, he made sure to come and start the job as soon as possible. He made three separate visits, each time doing more work to make sure that everything was secured and that the raccoons would not have a chance to re-enter. He went over and beyond what was required of him. His knowledge and dedication was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend him.

Thanks for the great review. This job was interesting in that it was indeed raccoons but there was also the potential for other pests such as squirrels and or mice. While I was at the job I just happened to notice some other holes that I couldn't overlook and I sealed them too. Happy to help Joe
