The company phoned me a half hour before arrival time to indicate that the crew was stuck in traffic and would be late; which happens all the time in my neighbourhood but I was impressed they were so pro-active with the call. The crew was very friendly, clean and nice, they atered earlier than billing time with no fuss and did a great job. They even finished a few minutes later than they booked and did not charge us. Very flexible and a pleasure to work with. They solved a few problems on the fly with ease. Pavel and Andrei were awsome, ask for them if you can.
