We are very happy with the service we received from Bina and Joe. I phoned for curtain wands/slings. Bina was a great help on the phone. We went to their store, and they had the wands that we needed for our drapes. It was worth our trip from Scarborough to Mississauga. Bina and Joe's customer service was great. We would go back again and recommend them. :)

We had done previous business with them and were satisfied. They knew we would probably require their business again as we were going to move. We ordered the kitchen cabinets and two bathroom cabinets. The is soft locks on the the kitchen cabinet were not properly installed. We were told to put them in ourselves. We paid for each bathroom cabinet to have three drawers each. As it turned out, the top drawer of each cabinet is false. We paid for the drawers hardware and soft close. We did not get a refund. We asked that they come take a look at the bottom drawer of one of the cabinets as it does not open. We were told it would cost $150 to have someone come look and realign it. We agreed. To date, no one has phoned us regarding the refund or to come and realign the drawer. No one came. We phoned many times and have given up. I would not recommend them as we have not received a refund and they don't return your calls and help if you require their help even if you're willing to pay them. Very disappointed.
