We hired Nicole to assist us with renovation of our main floor. After consultation, she created the design and estimated cost and helped us choose the style and finish for flooring, kitchen cupboards, counter top, backsplash and light fixtures. She even helped us with wall and accent colours. Nicole arranged for contractors and worked with the kitchen cupboard supplier and was a big help when one of the kitchen cupboards had to be refabricated to fit above the refrigerator. Nicole sourced most items, providing us with options and prices. She regularly checked in on the site to insure everything was progressing as planned. Sandip responded to our inquiry through Home Depot for a replacement air conditioner. He was very professional, outlining the features and benefits of a Trane air conditioner and the service provided by Furnace King. After installation he made a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. I nice touch. Installation was completed within a few days of our order by Mike and John. They were terrific, completing the installation promptly and even making some adjustments to allow for easier filter changes. When they left the house they cleaned up and took all material them. We would gladly recommend Furnace King, Sandip, Mike and John for air conditioning.
