I looked online for someone that could replace the couch cushions as inexpensively as possible. For me, the decision to use a company comes from reading other people's experiences/reviews. That's how I found Burkley Custom Upholstery. All the reviews were great. I was hopeful that the reviews were real and took my chances. I called and got Gary on the phone and made plans to bring my cushions to his store. He was so great, friendly. He walked me through the types of cushions and because it was the weekend, he took the measurements and sent me back home with my cushions with the promise to order the new cushions and call me in a couple of days . He called me in a couple of days,I got my cushions done and my couch looks great. He told me if I wasn't happy with the feel he would replace them for me. I read reviews but I don't write them, that is until now. This guy is amazing, great customer service, delivered what he promised and I was happy that it was not too expensive. I will definitely use him again.
