One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Stay away from Henderson Security. They are absolutely horrible. They have auto-renew contracts (renews for up to 3 years) and they can't read the calendar correctly. We had service installed early May 2012, and somehow they believe the 36 month contract should run through to the end of June 2013 and they can't be convinced that that isn't how it should work. Stay away from them.

We have Kodiak Security at our home and business and feel that we can always rely on their excellent service. Most importantly, my family is safe at home and our business location is secure.
