I was very upset to learn that the store has abandoned the Benjamin Moore Big Chips paint samples. This was an excellent tool for deciding on paint colour. The sample pots are nowhere nearly as good and do not come in the same colours as the chips. I have recommended all my clients to Rona for this product in the past. I will no longer be doing this from now on. Dee Designer The Manager was abrupt, rude and offhand when I asked why the product was no longer on display. He tried to suggest that Benjamin Moore had discontinued the product but when pushed for more information had to admit that he had scrapped the program.
