I had an exceptional experience with Distinct Heating and Cooling. Throughout the entire process, the company provided prompt service and demonstrated outstanding and friendly customer service. Erin was lovely and made such an effort to have someone come to my home as soon as possible during a busy and chaotic time during a heat wave. Nate followed through with a call to determine exactly what the issues were in able to provide the necessary services to meet all of my needs. And finally, Aiden answered all my questions during the service call and quickly fixed the problem. Most impressive was the additional advice/information he offered me about several issues I had been having. His advice alone will save me a great deal of time and expense moving froward. As a result, this is a company that I will be trusting with any heating and cooling issues that I have (including a few alterations to my current system in the next few months). The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this company/team.
