Steaven Matika was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our project. Steaven’s very low key way of presenting us with what were factual verifiable statements, without any “hype”, was very new to us. Because of his approach, Brock’s products just literally sold themselves! And Sokol, the installer, was one of the more professional people that we've met. He was extremely good at consistent communication. We were very impressed with him in particular. He was very attentive to our concerns as well as communicating well with us. We remember him very well, and were quite pleased with the whole process. Most of our interactions were with Steaven and Sokol. When we did visit the showroom in Scarborough, and we were well treated there too. The company is very well represented by the people they've chose to have the public deal with.
