An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I wanted to thank you for scheduling our window bar installation as promptly as you did. You guys went above and beyond the call of duty. Washing the windows was also a very nice touch. The window bar installer who performed the installation was very polite and neat. He showed us how to remove the bars in case of an emergency and took the time to make sure everyone feels safe. Your 10 out of 10 HomeStars rating is really the real deal. I will use Homestars again on my next project and hope to have the same success. Pre-Lock Rocks...
