Do not use this company. Claims to be a licensed contractor but does not know what the building code requirements. we hired this company to build our garage, it's done but the final inspection didn't pass by the city building code. They want to charge us for getting it fixed by them. We would not recommend this company to anyone, even if it's our worst enemy.

Thank you for your review Nancy, I regretfully apologize your project went as it did. Unfortunately in the event a client provides there own drawings and permits we follow them as per the details on the plans, although this is something that could have been easily avoided had we took the time to insure your drawings were correct prior to starting the job, in your case you got a inspector that refused to pass it on 4 inches on the overhang which was bad luck as well, we will take this experience and learn from it Nancy we thank you and understand your feeling's but hope you can appreciate that had Blue Lake been responsible for the drawings this would have never happened, we have built over 120 garages in Calgary and this is the first experience we have encountered in issues of this nature.
