List of issues: It has been almost a year since we did closing for one of our houses and still don't have garbage pick up service (we are asked to go 2 KM away from our house to dump the garbage), after year later they still haven't lay down the grass or build the fence yet and blaming that on the weather. All we have in our yard is weed and dust. Every time you open the door you bring enough dust inside the house. All the construction for the tribute houses was completed over a month ago, so not sure what they are waiting for now. They had promised that everything will be completed by end of August. They way they are moving, I don't think they will finish the job until next year. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a new home with Tribute unless you are willing to go through same headache.
