I am a returning customer, Last year i purchased an AC unit and have been very happy with its performance and installation, again we have a bought a new AC unit as we bought a new House and thought of using Air Makers again. sales & service is great, Shabnam the Manager knows how to service her clients with in-depth technical knowledge and is very hands on and committed in providing a great service . Will surely recommend this company to my family & friends.

Unfortunately, when an order is placed on the hottest day of the year, and the installation is scheduled for the next day as requested by you, some understanding and a little compassion with respect to the business side and our hard work can go a very long way in developing a strong two-way client-business relationship. The unit that was requested only the day before, was shown to be available in stock which turned out otherwise and this unit was nowhere to be found in the entire GTA, which is why we offered you a unit that was in fact $450 more expensive for only $200 extra, considering the inconvenience for you. I am very sorry that all of our efforts and hard work to provide you with a fast service on the hottest day of the year, despite the one-day notice, was not enough or at all appreciated. Since no comments are made on the actual job and the installation, I will assume that you are happy with the installation and that there are no outstanding concerns, but you can feel free to call us.
