Piper Plumbing installed our toilets less than a year ago. We noticed a leak from the basement and called Piper Plumbing back. They sent Charles to diagnose the leak. He was honest and let us know the previous plumber who installed the toilet was let go because of his shoddy work. Unfortunately, we paid cash "to get a better deal" and we were left without a receipt. Charles still fixed both toilets for us under warranty due to the previous circumstances. We appreciated his honesty and workmanship. We will definitely use them again in the future.
