Our experience with Mike & Lisa from PuriSoft was outstanding. From answering our questions when we were doing research prior all the way to the day of install. Very pleasant as well as extremely knowledgeable. The softener was installed into a newly built home and Mike took the care bring the unit in. Took the time to discuss the placement options to us. As well the plumbing installation is very neat and tidy. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work.
