First time I have done this (lived in BC before). Phoned and left message at Hot Pepper and received a return call from Cliff very quickly. Laid out the process and the cost. Phoned day before to remind of appointment - young man that came to do the work was fantastic - Yuri. Professional, informative, helpful. There were some things I did not understand on the humidifier and furnace and he explained them and gave us recommendations as to settings/use. Really impressed with Cliff and Yuri - customer service is always key and they delivered. Highly recommend them and will be using them again.
