One of the salespeople is the BEST! We placed a complicated order including something not yet available. This salesperson stayed on top of the situation and was an enormous help navigating the different departments.. He/she understood our constraints and he/she used his/her knowledge, initiative and common sense to help us get what we wanted. Goeman's inter department communication is frustrating, but if you get the right sales person, so many nuisances will be solved. Further more, Goeman's price was $5000 less than others. I hope all their sales people are as good as the one we had.
