In early February we found our first bat flying in the house. We had scratching and movement in the basement drop ceiling, and another bat found its way into the house in April. I found Bats Canada online and again through Homestars, and decided it was time to call for help. Bats Canada was the only one with a five year guarantee. I spoke to Kenny and agreed that he would schedule us in April to bat proof our house. Kenny showed up as planned and went straight to work. If you have a bat problem, call Kenny. I have read all the reviews and it's all true. He is reliable, hard working, professional, and true to his quote. We are very happy to have this house bat proofed and will probably be seeing Kenny in a few weeks when he returns to remove the bat exits.
