My daughter paid Bill 15K deposit over 12 months ago. No work was ever done. He remove the old counter tops and cabinets, with great care so he could re- sell them. He never ordered the new cabinets. Has made promises to pay the money back. He might as well have taken my daughters credit card. A disgrace that hes able to continue in business.
