My daughter paid Bill 15K deposit over 12 months ago. No work was ever done. He remove the old counter tops and cabinets, with great care so he could re- sell them.
He never ordered the new cabinets. Has made promises to pay the money back. He might as well have taken my daughters credit card. A disgrace that hes able to continue in business.

In September of last year we obtained a quote from 2 other granite counter top providers & ended up choosing Premiun as their price was much more attractive and they were a local small business that were willing to come to our home within the same day to give us a quote. We ended up with a bit of delay when it came to the promised install date but when we started dealing with Julie she corrected the issue promptly. Bill seems to make promises without checking with production but that was quickly rectified. We were very happy with the installers who were friendly, clean and well organized. We would recommend Premium but I also suggest dealing with Julie or Lydia directly.

We had the kitchen and 2 bathrooms done with new quartz countertops in 2019.
They did an excellent job.
However the best is that in Jan 2024 a bit of the grouting and fallen out.
I phoned them to ask for the type of grouting they used. They said they would come and fix it and 2 days later they did.
Tremendous service.

Premium Granite Works Inc and Bill took a $10,000 deposit from me on June 15, 2023 and promised to install an outdoor kitchen countertop. At first, I was told it would be completed by late July. Then I was told it would be completed in late August...finally in mid September, they told me they couldn't do the job. Since then, I have been waiting to get my deposit back. Every week Bill says my money will be coming next week, but it never happens. Thus, I spent some time looking him up in the BC Court System and found at least 8 pending cases and the corresponding amount claimed against Bill and his business in ONLY THE LAST YEAR: $83,925, $34,893, $64,914, $5,200, $8,216, $34,514, $35,000 and $19,216.

Additionally, it now appears that Julie (Bill's Daughter) has now taken over for Bill and says that the "new" Premium Granite Works has no obligation to me, as its a different business.

Did an excellent job, very professional, efficient and thoughtful of our home. I was impressed with all staff from the salesmen, Foremen, and installers. Bill checked into see how things were going. I would definitely recommend them.

We are totally satisfied with the professional service and workmanship. To be able and go out in the yard and look at the large slaps of Quarz and not just a small square sample was a big plus. Bill's good eye for color helped us choose the right piece. The work was done on the scheduled date and 3 men worked for only an afternoon, left the house nice and clean. Thank you, you made our Christmas special.

I used PGW Kelowna in 2018 and again this week 2021. First was my kitchen counters and sink. This job was so exciting as the difference was eye-popping....dealing with them was super easy as they really understood my requirements and were a delight to work with. The fit is perfect, they (Mika) measured so meticulously. Then Ryan and Bryan installed...really super respectful and friendly.
Now I used PGW again for my powder room. Again, the same people, the same work, so happy. I was pleased to recommend PGW to my very good friends who needed their kitchen updated...I highly recommend PGW.

I was most impressed with the quality of workmanship for the kitchen and bathroom quartz countertops we had PGW fabricate and install for us. Their installation team worked diligently to get the job done quickly and correctly. Friendly, on time, on task. Great people to work with.

Start to finish Premium Granite Works was amazing. These folks are experts at their craft. The granite is perfect and the cabinets are exactly what we wanted. The price was great, the service was great and the people were great. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to Reno in the Okanagan. Thanks PGW
