We received 3 quotes for our window and door installation and chose Optima based a combination of their reviews, competitive pricing and a terrific sales presentation from Chris. All the company reps presented well but Chris and Optima were just very impressive. The windows and doors were replaced in one day by Max and his team, they placed drop sheets all over our home cleaned up in side and outside. Max and his team ran into one problem inside the house and came up with a very creative solution. Chris came by during the day which was a very nice touch, A big thank you to Max and his team, Anastasia from the office and most of all Chris.
