April 4, 2024 I just had my 13 year old over-the-range microwave repaired by your technician, Tony, who diagnosed the problem within minutes and had it repaired in a very short period of time. This is the third time I have had Tony repair my appliances, and I could not be more pleased with his excellent service. He is very professional and polite. I am hearing impaired and he was very caring and took the time to make sure that I understood what he was saying - and I thank him for that. My family members as well use your services and make sure that Tony is the technician they request. They too have been very pleased with his service. As well, I found the price to be very reasonable. I highly recommend your company - great service!
