Monster Aeration was paid for "spring" services in Fall of 2012, has missed appointments, failed to notify us of missed appointments, and is now claiming, that after 9 months of holding our money, that they require another 90 days to refund us our money. Absolute lack of customer service, planning, forethought, and simple common respect for their customer.
