When visiting St. Catherines I visited their store and ordered a tub, drain & shower panel via debit. Paid for shipping to Calgary drop off location and was told about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, it's been over 3. Store personnel are unhelpful & lost. Called drop off location, no records, said they were a hardware store. And now items are on sale with probably no refund available or compensation. Will look to cancel order, but may charged a few, of course.
