I bought a shower kit,but the assistant manager ordered the wrong one.
This has cost me $100's of lost work time. She refuses to compensate me. She told me to "take it up with head office."

Purchased kitchen cupboards, very happy and impressed with the quality and how easy they were to assemble and install. Would highly recommend this product for those looking to upgrade the look of their kitchen and a reasonable price. Also purchased and complete bathroom shower and vanity same quality as well. When visiting St. Catherines I visited their store and ordered a tub, drain & shower panel via debit. Paid for shipping to Calgary drop off location and was told about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, it's been over 3. Store personnel are unhelpful & lost. Called drop off location, no records, said they were a hardware store. And now items are on sale with probably no refund available or compensation. Will look to cancel order, but may charged a few, of course.

I ordered a light and have yet to receive. It has been over 2 weeks and getting the run around. My credit was charged for a product I have yet to receive. They refuse to cancel my order online! BEWARE never order from this place still trying to get my order!

I had to cancel my order due to the wrong part being ordered. I cancelled the order in January and I have been trying to get my refund for the past 2 months. I have called and emailed and all they will tell me is that I haven't been credited. Terrible customer service.

I have made an order last night on line for 4 items. I wanted to cancell 1 item. I called and spoken with 5 agents, one send me bill where he cancelled linen closet but left exactly the same amount of money on a bill; second one (lady) said she will call back and never did, the third one agreed with me and the phone got disconected, ( At this point, I looked at the reviews and decided to cancel order), forth one said she is new and passed me to another. She was very stressed and we agreed to cancell the order. One thing she did not mentioned and that was that they will keep 205$!!!!

I ordered a shower kit and accessories. I was told 3 days to ship. After 11 days I emailed and was told when it should arrive. I emailed 1 week after when it should arrive. Its now approaching 1 month. I was told it should arrive real soon when I asked for a specific date. The order finally arrived in store at 4 days later and is labelled correctly for shipping but is on the wrong size item.

Edit: the correct item was placed in the wrong manufacturer box. And with a no open box return policy. I either have to return the box that is inaccurate that may have the correct or wrong item, or gamble that its correct in the wrong box. Either way I lose if wrong. End of the day, there shouldnt be a question if I have the correct item.

Ordered a new bathroom vanity and tub from here thinking itd be good quality. Damn was I wrong. The vanity material is garbage. Every little thing stains it and Ive tried everything to remove the stains. I contacted customer service and their response was Thats a shame. Have you tried our cleaning product? What kind of response is this? Completely unsatisfied and will never recommend here to anyone.

First of all, it took so long to received the products and stall my renovation. Then when it arrived, I received toilet that was returned by some other customer with water inside the toilet. Customer Servvice claimed it was condensation, no other places has water except inside like someone have flush it, one was with water and the other is scratch. It is so grose. Vanity wood is lousy. This is my first time buying it from them worse experience I had. Not only it is not hygene but unreliable delivery.
