I have enrolled in Heating and air conditioning Protection plan with Smartcare Home services for about 4 years by now and the money is taken from my account every month. When I called for help, the receptionist told me that my name is not in the customer list and she said someone from the billing department would call me back but it has been more than a month now and my issue is not resolved. I am wondering if they are still in service.
