Researched and found the part number 12676000000181) that I needed for a dishwasher pump outlet hose...searched the part number on the un-Reliableparts website, and took me directly to my part number/pump outlet hose...unfortunately no picture, but I figured I needed this and how many items could there be with a part number that long ?...apparently I was wrong, they have that part number as well, for a hose that is absolutely nothing like the one I needed. So after buying the part, paying a ridiculous price for Canada Post ground service, which arrived 4 days after originally estimated, my part literally took 2 weeks to arrive. When I enquired about returning it, they want me to pay the shipping and receive a store credit...no thanks ! I should have trusted my gut and used a company that showed the picture of what I was ordering...next time I will for sure, and it won't be through these guys. Glad my part wasn't expensive, I couldn't imagine being on the hook with these people for hundreds or thousands of dollars with a return policy like they have !! Live and learn.
