Our experience with Andy from Safe Homes Canada was amazing! We reached out to him for an inspection for our first home, and we felt we were in safe and honest hands from day 1. He spend nearly 4 hours with us in our home, inspecting every inch. He explained every single detail about our house with us, detailed any issues he thought may be concerning, and made us feel confident in our purchase. Additionally his written report was incredibly comprehensive, complete with photos of everything he referenced. He assured us we were making the correct purchase at the correct price. Andy has a great personality, we had wonderful conversations throughout the inspection and left feeling like we had made a friend, not just a business decision. We would, without a doubt, recommend him to anyone moving forward.
