Oven not heating up to temp so called SurDell. Raynard shows up fiddles around comes up with a bill for $730. After he left I started looking at range and something was not right. My cleaning lady had been in a few days earlier an while cleaning installed the oven temp knob incorrectly. I realized this by looking at the stove more closely. I removed and reinstalled knob and oven worked perfectly. ZEither Raynard is incompetent or ?? you be the judge.His quote for parts which were not needed were insane
