Rena did a great job at fixing her up and what a wonderful technician highly recommend them problem or previous company wanted to charges over 800 to fix the problem and he was able to solve the problem for 350 wonderful company thank you again.

Oven not heating up to temp so called SurDell. Raynard shows up fiddles around comes up with a bill for $730. After he left I started looking at range and something was not right. My cleaning lady had been in a few days earlier an while cleaning installed the oven temp knob incorrectly.
I realized this by looking at the stove more closely. I removed and reinstalled knob and oven worked perfectly. ZEither Raynard is incompetent or ?? you be the judge.His quote for parts which were not needed were insane

We had Rynard coming to fix continuous squeaking of the dryer. Initially all went well, although we were baffled as to how 15 minutes can cost $427. This was on October 27th. WE were asked to pay via electronic transfer. On his way out, Rynard said he is in rush and that he would send an invoice by the end of the day. To this day we have yet to receive the invoice - yes, we called, texted, emailed to no avail. Instead, Rynard was rood and ignorant of the fact that this is a standard professional practice.
It is now January 31st and the dryer started squeaking AGAIN. This is very upsetting to me being ignored and deceived. Knowing that he is not responding to our inquiries, I have no other option but to solve this issue through legal action.

Disappointed, as I received the run-a-around and ended up paying for an appliance service that was not correctly fixed

Took off their shoes at the door, figured out what needed to be done to get our fridge and stove fixed quickly. Also figured out ways for us to help us save money on parts (and is still trying to find a can't be bought part for us). Super nice guys, very, very nice and polite, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. For sure we will use these guys again!

The technician at Surdel Appliance Service , Rynard, was polite, quick and fixed our dryer in no time. This was a same day service call and they delivered. Awesome job! So thankful.

Raynard did an exceptional job of fixing our refrigerator on short notice. He is professional and knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient and was willing to answer questions that we had about the fridge. He provided reliable service. I would highly recommend Surdel for any appliance repair.

I had called Surdel appliance to diagnose problems with water leak from the washer, I had opened the front panel of the washer my self and knew where the leak was from. The person on the phone was able to diagnose what the problem could be and provide me with a reasonable estimate just from the description that I gave of the problem. They did not try to do any un necessary repair service or do any sort of upsell. I would definitely be using their services for any appliance issues in future.
