We had a sudden furnace breakdown. I had used the services of Ultra before and did not hesitate to contact them once more. I spoke to Eric (Owner) and explained that we were in need for an immediate service call as we about to leave on vacation the next day (Sunday). He sent his son, Paul who arrived within 2 hours or less and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. They really saved the day, allowing us to go on holiday and not worry about our house.
