I have owned my water softener for a year now and it was time for the filter change. I decided that I would use the service call option for the 1st change and I'm glad I did. Dennis arrived on time and was very helpful. He explained the whole process to me in detail. After he left I wrote out the steps so that maybe next year I can try it on my own. I am extremely pleased with my new water softener and the great service I get from 5 Star. I would highly recommend them.
