I was referred to Pro-Master Services (Mario) by one of my neighbours who highly recommended him. I am expecting with my first baby, and was really wanting to get our upstairs carpet cleaned before we set up the nursery room with new furniture. I have attempted to clean the carpets myself over the years but I have never been able to get out the stains left by our pets (we have 2 dogs). Mario provided an amazing quote for our upstairs (which is 3 bedrooms and a hallway all carpeted). Not only was his quote extremely reasonable, but the work was completed quickly and professionally. They scheduled me an appointment time, and were in and out. I hadn't even realized how stained our carpets were until I saw the after pictures. I would highly recommend. One more item checked off my 2024 list! The carpet really feels fresh. I will for sure be booking with them again!
