I have made an order last night on line for 4 items. I wanted to cancell 1 item. I called and spoken with 5 agents, one send me bill where he cancelled linen closet but left exactly the same amount of money on a bill; second one (lady) said she will call back and never did, the third one agreed with me and the phone got disconected, ( At this point, I looked at the reviews and decided to cancel order), forth one said she is new and passed me to another. She was very stressed and we agreed to cancell the order. One thing she did not mentioned and that was that they will keep 205$!!!!
