Privater User in New Westminster

On the morning of May 30th, I called NewTech Appliance regarding a freezer problem. The Tech, Amin arrived a short time later. I explained that I had a problem with frost buildup in the freezer compartment and the fridge temperature seemed too warm. After removing the freezer back plate and defrosting the freezer, his diagnosis was a defective thermostat. The part was available in his truck and he informed me of the cost. Overall, my experience was positive, in fact very good. From placing the call, to having the freezer up and running in just over an hour. The freezer has been performing well through the weekend.
