Mr. Muhammad is the best person for this job. I would highly recommend him for any bug issues. Extremely knowledgeable, diligent and professional individual. We were having bites for a few weeks and when I called another pest control service they didnt find anything. So we dismissed that there might be bugs until the issue continued. Upon looking online I came across PSS and could relate with other reviews as they experienced the same problem, unable to trace the bed bugs while Mr Muhammad seemed to be the one knowing exactly where to look and show evidence. So I decided to try him so we can be sure of the issue. He was prompt to answer my call and immediately scheduled to come at his earliest convenience. He provided evidence of the bugs and explained the procedure he would follow. He explained his follow up process and kept checking in regularly along with a six month warranty. We are bed bugs free now since a month and Im extremely thankful to Mr. Muhammad. He has a very calm, kind and helpful demeanour and has been able to resolve the issue for us.
