Huge thanks to the incredible delivery team. A tough delivery was made to look effortless as the team problem solved how to get the sectional through our narrow entranceway. An extra pair of hands was called in for help. The team hoisted the sectional over our backyard fence and carried it through the patio doors (which involved removing and reinstalling the doors). They checked in with us at each and every step, explained our options, and allowed us to decide how to proceed. All team members were very personable and polite. Phenomenal customer service!
