I had a major repair done a year ago. I was lucky enough to have Lance do the work. He was efficient and explained everything carefully, and did an excellent job. He called me once during a storm to make sure that everything was working properly as the repairs involved a sump pump and French drains. I had another issue this past weekend and Lance came on his day off to check things out. Hope, you are lucky enough to get Lance when you need a plumber.
