I would use Shawn Janes again for a home inspection, I had a list of things I wanted him to look at but he looked at everything I had on my list and didn't even have to ask him to look at anything! He was early by 30min's and was on the roof taking pictures to show us. He used many different tools of his trade and made us feel safe to purchase the house. I would refer him to any others looking for a great home inspector!!!
