When my husband showed me their website, my first thought was that they would be out of our league of affordability. Their prices actually turned out to be very competitive, and they surpassed other contractors/companies we considered because everything they do start to finish is extremely well organized to a science, enabling them to be productive and very experienced in meeting timelines of their projects without running into issues. Things I was impressed by: -every single employee I've met from this company from the admin team to the tradesmen were phenomenal, with amazing attitudes, dedicated work ethics, and expert knowledge and experience -all they do is basements and because they work with consistent suppliers they know what to expect and offer good suggestions and explain things to you well -they were flexible with changes, easy to communicate with, reliable, and show up every time they are supposed to -they have great ideas and feedback for planning -they do an instant 3d rendering of your basement and can give you a quote on the spot -they offer a lot of nice finishes and materials -they kept the work areas VERY tidy (never seen anything like it) -minimal disruption during a whole basement renovation believe it or not! -Everything turned out perfect looking, and functioning I have zero disappointments! Zero complaints! I can confidently recommend this company to anyone without a doubt they will be as impressed as we are. Thank you guys for the best experience with a contractor EVER and giving us a beautiful finished basement!
