An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We want to take this time to thank Furnace King for our new home comfort. We didn't realize how bad our old furnace(1977) was. Its only been a few days but already I notice the difference in the comfort level in the house. The new furnace and humidifier has made a great difference. As we were investigating companies to contact for our new furnace I read a lot of online recommendations. Furnace King came out on top. The feedback we saw was always so positive. When the installers came I was not surprised with the care they gave us as I was already expecting it. Everything I read proved to be true. I am very impressed with Furnace King and will highly recommend you to anyone looking to replace their old system. We replaced furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. We will need to wait a few months to check on the air conditioner but I am positive we will have no problems. I want to thank your installers for the wonderful job they did and for all the explanations they provided us with. They were both super friendly and willing to answer all our questions.
