From the time that we asked for an estimate, it was very quick. Jamie was a super knowledgeable person that answered all our questions and did a good job of the sales end of the project. We felt very comfortable with him and felt we would be taken care of through all aspects of the process. We did get 2 other prices but none compared to The Furance Family experience. Installation was great. The crew was punctual and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with our new furnace. I would very much recommend anyone using The Furnace Family. Jeff Lockwood
