Window broken while being shown Brooklin condo unit in March. Occupancy date of August and still not fixed. Customer service now forcing me to work with their schedule to get it replaced and not at a time that is convenient for me. Excuse me? You've had 7 months to get this done at your convenience and now you should work with me. No explanations, very unapologetic. Dare I say breach of contract - unit not as described.
