Worst experience ever. Our initial contact with the owner went very well and she told us exactly what we wanted to hear. Once our contract with them was signed everything changed. Lack of professionalism and respect for customer happened. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks ended up being 4 months. Items being bought for us but we were never updated on them and other items bought without our consent or input. Lack of communication or no communication. Along with a lot of anxiety and frustration on our part as the owner would never meet in person. Would not recommend Go2Guys for renovations. Find another company that will work with you and respect you as a customer.
