I called Danlex and spoke to Danny about my dead hot water tank on a long weekend - during the coldest day of the year. He could have quoted me any ridiculous price, I would have gladly paid just to have it fixed, but he didn't and he made it a point to attend and inspect my water tank later on in the day. Just as I thought, a new tank was required but Danny gave me options from the less expensive to the most expensive. He explained to me the pros and cons of each option before recommending that a replacement was best suited due to the age of my tank and its symptoms. I wasn't fully onboard with replacing my tank and opted for the repair job. Danny obliged and replaced the thermostat and the tank fired up and worked....only lasting a week before I had to call him back. This time around I told him to replace the tank. The new tank arrived within an hour and Danny returned later on in the day to remove the old tank and installed the new tank. The work was done efficiently and orderly. There was no mess left behind and I was very pleased with the work provided.
