Removal of red wine stain on a wool and silk rug
Red wine was accidentally spilt on our wool/silk rug. W thought it was ruined. We called Jeff and his team was able to remove the stain due to the fact that our rug had been previously been treated with their fiber protection product. No evidence of the stain was visible afterwards. Needless to say, we opted for the fiber protection treatment again and red wine is consumed at the dining room table.
