This is the second time I have used this company. Karin and her tram are great! They are customer focused and care about the happiness of their customers and reputation. They take the time to make recommendations, when asked, about paint colours and quality. They check in throughout the project and conduct final walk through inspections to make sure all is up to par. They work clean, however, in some areas they did get some paint splatter in the floor. They identified that and sent a worker back to clean it all to our satisfaction. This level of service is why I use this company. They even patched the walls and smoothed in certain areas to ensure a good and professional finished project. I wholly recommend this company. We have had them paint a condo as well as a whole house project and they have not disappointed.

We called Draincom on a referral from a good friend and couldn't be happier. We needed about 80 linear feet of exterior area excavated in order to do the job, half of which required the Draincom crew to remove a 6" concrete slab. We were very happy with their quick, clean and efficient work. Their crew worked hard and we're very friendly and polite. A couple of weeks after they completed the job... our landscapers were doing some digging and ripped the waterproof membrane in a number of places... Draincom came back the day after we called them and repaired it all for FREE!!! Great customer service and they really deserve their referrals. Speak with Slava and Ievgenii.
