We required two custom railings for our front steps. Oliver Das Gupta visited our home and took measurements. We never met Oliver. We worked with him over the telephone and by e-mail. Based on the measurements, he referred to us styles on his website. We selected the style and the railings were installed within weeks to our complete satisfaction.
