Long standing problem of tap stems leaking in certain positions. Jeff assessed by text/photos and then visited. He was able to complete the repairs in a couple of hours and all went well. I was glad I hadnt tried this myself as Im sure there would have been leaks. He gave me additional plumbing advice which was much appreciated. Hopefully I wont need a plumber for a while but Ill call Jeff if I do.
