I got a booking for a repair person to come the next day. Vitalii was a bit late for the appointment because he was still working another job. He quickly diagnosed the issue and happened to have the replacement part needed in the truck at the time. He got the part installed and my fridge working again very quickly. He was friendly and professional. The work was more expensive than I was expecting even with a $30 discount, though I'm not familiar with what the going rate to replace a dead circuit board on a fridge is. Having said that, my fridge is working again and I was happy with Vitalii's work. I had to follow up with Maydone a few days later to get an itemized invoice of the work that was done as it was not emailed to me the following day as I was told to expect. Their billing department did email me the invoice after I followed up. Overall I'm happy with the experience.
